Federal Skilled Workers
A class of people who are qualified in a skilled work and can become permanent residents under Federal Skilled Worker Class
A class of people who are qualified in skilled work, may become permanent residents on the basis of their ability to become economically established in Canada and who intend to reside in a province other than the Province of Quebec, can apply under Federal Skilled Worker Class.
The skilled worker must be awarded not less than the minimum number of required points on the basis of the following factors, namely,
(a) Education
(b) Proficiency in the official languages of Canada
(c) Work experience
(d) Age
(e) Arranged employment
(f) Adaptability
